From package choice to handover.

Collection is free. Delivery is priced by distance, so you only pay for how far we drive.
What is included in each package?
Basic Pack: the fixed stationery bundle for the school phase, packed neatly and ready for collection. Full Service Pack: everything in Basic, plus book covering and item labelling. Premium Pack: everything in Full Service, plus delivery.
How does the early-bird sale work?
Every standard pack is 5% off when you place your order and pay the 50% deposit by 30 November 2026. The discount applies to pack prices, not to add-ons or delivery. Orders whose deposit arrives after that date are charged the normal price.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit confirms your order and lets us buy your stock. Pay the balance before collection or delivery. Pay by EFT or deposit into our Capitec Business account. You must use your order number (for example CE2610ABCD) as the payment reference for both the deposit and the balance, because that's how we match your payments to your order. The bank details show when you prepare your order, and we confirm them in our reply. Custom packs are reviewed first, and the deposit is due once the final pack and price are confirmed. We never ask for card details by email.
Where and when do you deliver?
Delivery costs R150 in Area 1 (Akasia and Pretoria North), R250 in Area 2 (Pretoria Central and East, Centurion and Hartbeespoort) and R450 to Johannesburg. One delivery fee covers every pack in the order. Premium includes Area 1 delivery; further areas pay the difference. We deliver on set route days for each area and confirm your day by email or WhatsApp.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Collection is free for every package, at Wonderpark Shopping Centre, Karenpark. Choose your collection day when you order, and we WhatsApp you the exact pick-up point when your pack is ready.
What if I need to cancel?
WhatsApp or email us with your order number. Cancellations within 2 working days of payment receive a full deposit refund. After that, a cancellation fee applies, as your stock may already be bought and personalised for your child. Refunds are paid by EFT within 7 days.
Can I return items?
WhatsApp or email us your order number within seven days of delivery or collection to log a return. Items must be unused, complete and in the condition you received them. Refunds are approved after inspection. Custom packs made for a specific school list are reviewed case by case.
What happens to my school list?
We use school lists and order details to prepare your pack and support your order. We don't store payment information.
